Free Graphics Software.

Always wanted to get that graphic software but got turn-off by the high price? Well, there are free graphics software available for download in the web and these freeware are as good as the paid versions.
SketchUp 6
A free software by Google, this free 3D drawing tool is highly recommended for architectural and structural drawings. It is very useful for studying perspectives and is a really cool drawing software.

Inkscape
InkScape is an open-sourced illustration software similar to commercial packages like Adobe Freehand and Adobe Illustrator but without the cost. Great with vector graphics, this illustration software is essential for anyone wanting to be a graphic designer.

Gimp
This is the most popular free drawing software that you can currently find on the Internet and it's quite similar to Adobe Photoshop. Originally popular with manga and comic book artists in Japan, it is now available online in English.
